During my recent stay at a hotel in Morton Grove/Chicago, I was pleasantly surprised by the successful blend of traditional and modern elements. The 40 accommodations offered a mix of conveniences, including desks for work purposes, complimentary newspapers, and coffee/tea makers that catered to my British taste for a good cuppa. The warm hospitality extended by the customer service agents who were readily available to provide assistance truly enhanced my experience.I appreciated the complimentary wireless Internet access that allowed me to stay connected and the tour/ticket assistance that made exploring the area convenient. The security measures in place, including answering security questions, provided peace of mind during my stay. However, there were minor inconveniences such as the lack of a microwave in the room and the occasional smell in certain areas. My stay was comfortable and satisfactory, showcasing the hotel's commitment to meeting guests' needs efficiently.
